The Offer Management team is responsible for both identifying and delivering solutions to meet the complex needs of our Wholesale customers. This includes receivingincoming quotes and orders from Wholesale partners. Evaluatingincoming opportunities andpreparingcomplex proposals.Engage with boundary partnersto ensureefficiencies.Enhancepartnerships with thecarrierclients and understandtheir needs whilepromotingAstound’sproducts.Enhance thepartner’sexperience at every interaction.
Analyze complex issues and use sound judgment and experience to developfinancially soundsolutions
Usefinancial modeling tools and understand complex financial and business strategies topromote sales attainment goals, while promoting the best interests of the company
Independently perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production and coordination for various sales/business development efforts
Collaborate with National Sales Managersonproposal efforts and deliverables including win strategy developmentandexecutingsales strategies to drive customer demand
Work with technical teams to developsolutions to meet customer needs.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills.
Use communication and negotiation skills toexecute sales strategies to drive customerdemand.
Business development- provide training and ongoingtrainingofAstoundscapabilitiesto partners
Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, pricing, etc.
Supports others within theWholesaleteamalong with boundary partners in engineering,implementationand account managementto achieve customer satisfactionfrom pre-salesthrough post-sales.
Ability to handle escalationsand find solutions when there are challenging circumstances.
Up to date reporting invariousCRMsystemsfor all opportunities.

Education:
Required Qualifications:
7+years oftelecommunicationsexperienceinEnterprise,Carrieror Wholesale Channels
Minimum 5 Years of strategicpricing or business analyst experience
Customer centric
Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, presentation and Excel skills
Ability to work with diverse teams to facilitate and achieve results
Ability to communicate with management, team leaders, and customers
Detail, quality, and timeline-oriented
Exhibits commitment, resilience, accountability, and teamwork
PreferredQualifications:
Strong technical backgroundworking withand developingsoftware systemsin the telecommunications industry
Working knowledge of general marketing tools and processes

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $100,000- $105,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, capabilities and location.
